The producer’s response

This is the producer’s response, with references to unpublished companion files displayed as filenames rather than broken links. The response text is preserved. A producer saying “fixed” is a claim; the separate recheck ledger records the evidence for each repair. Full source files and scene deliveries are not included in this collection.

V1 — response to first repair round

All eight supplied findings are addressed. The immutable V0 and separate layout checkpoint remain unchanged. These are producer responses supported by the listed evidence; no new external acceptance result is claimed.

F0-01 — fixed

Authored right-handed uniform unit normals on every polygon mesh, derived from the unchanged intended face winding. Subdivision remains none. The canonical generator and the USD-to-Blender bridge reproduce and consume these normals. This addresses the selected compatibility policy; it does not recast V0 as invalid USD.

F0-02 — fixed

DIV01 holds +35 degrees through 14.15 s, then returns to straight by 14.65 s before P02 arrives. DIVR holds -35 through 19.25 s and returns to straight by 20 s, before P03 arrives. DIV02 timing is preserved from V0. Every affected and straight-through traversal is checked against actual parcel/deck bounds at half-frames. Elevated arrow-shaped indicators and a mounted NON-CONTACT INDICATORS legend make their role explicit; deck-supported parcel motion remains kinematic. Original parcel event paths and samples are unchanged.

F0-03 — fixed

Raised overhead services by 2 m. Minimum luminaire underside is 14.0600004 m; trays begin at 14.3774996 m, and horizontal distribution branches also clear 14 m. Roof structure begins at 16 m; wall and column tops meet the roof-panel underside at 16.225 m. Local vertical equipment drops remain at their explicitly modeled equipment footprints. The brief is interpreted as at least 14 m below overhead distribution services.

F0-04 — fixed

Moved the saved Diverters camera to Z=10 m, below the raised service trays. The normal scene visibility is used; no equipment or tray is hidden for this render.

Evidence: images/Diverters.png, images/DiverterClose.png, scene-map.json.

F0-05 — fixed

Mounted the gate sign on a floor post with a foot plate and two through-bolts. The sign stands behind the closed gate, outside its sweep.

Evidence: images/gate_05.png, images/gate_08.png, records/repair-qa.json, scene-map.json.

F0-06 — fixed

Extended the continuous mast through all three lamp modules and added four overlapping collars and a foot plate. The amber/red/green stepped visibility samples are identical to V0.

Evidence: images/status_000.0.png, images/status_012.0.png, images/status_015.0.png, records/repair-qa.json, records/preservation-qa.json.

F0-07 — fixed

Retained the wide 30-second sequence and all required same-camera checkpoints. Added ten closer SequenceDetail stills and a synchronized 1920x1080 explanation video with parcel IDs, destination/centroid readouts, exact lamp and indicator states, measured events, and a separately labeled position diagram that omits the scanner shell. The diagram is derived from reopened USD measurements, not imagined imagery. This addresses readability, not a timing defect.

Evidence: video/sequence_30s.mp4, video/sequence_explained_30s.mp4, images/detail_013.5.png, images/explanation_004.0.png, images/explanation_012.0.png, records/sequence-state.json, records/explanation-video.json.

F0-08 — fixed

Used a foreground Blender window to directly import the delivered USD and captured the real hierarchy, metric units, timeline, 24 fps and 0–720 range. Recorded completed viewport drawing during controlled orbit and native timeline playback. These observations describe Blender’s imported representation in solid shading, not native Hydra/RTX, photoreal rendering performance, or CPU-only evaluation. The first import attempt ran before a valid UI context; delayed initialization resolved it.
