Findings, producer repairs and rechecks
Eight feedback items combine one automated policy failure, separate review concerns and omissions the producer had disclosed. They are not eight newly discovered harness defects. The producer response alone does not establish that a repair worked.

DIVR/P03 retiming is the producer’s extension of the general route-state feedback, subsequently verified independently. It was not a specific initial harness or reviewer discovery.
The GUI review also retained a minor import-timer labeling issue. No import-time claim is made in the article. The recorded orbit and short playback observations were checked against source/logs, not independently rerun.
